Precision Consulting Services Web-Based Tech Support

This is a remote web based tech support that requires your permission to connect. Once connected, we will be able to walk you through the software question or remotely make adjustments for you while you watch and learn.

If you recently attended one of our SMS training classes you are entitled to one free hour of tech support. A high speed internet connection is required to effectively provide web based support. If high speed access is not available, support will be phone based only. 

Remote/phone based tech support is billed at $30.00 per 30 minutes.

To receive support, phone our office at 507-223-7084. In order to expedite your support call, have your computer on with your software open.
