		Pocket VR will give your controller the proper rate of product and also log what was actually applied.  As you tap on the screen it will show you what the prescribed rate is.
		The small boxes that appear on the screen are is the as-applied record of what was happening at that point.  The software records not only the actual rate applied, but also many different values tied to the GPS signal and strength.
